Who we are at MIStateParkSecret
MIStateParkSecret.com was founded by a Michigan family who loves camping in State Parks. We have figured out a number of techniques to successfully reserve the best campsites. For 2026, we have already successfully booked reservations at popular Michigan State Parks including Grand Haven State Park, Holland State Park, and Warren Dunes State Park.
Many families choose to work with us because of our guaranteed results. Let's say you want a holiday weekend, in one of the best campsites at a high-demand place like Ludington State Park. Even if you know many of the techniques to successfully book through the DNR, it is still nearly impossible to get a popular site on a high-demand weekend.
Our family camps about 25-30 nights in State Parks during a typical year. We have booked dozens of campsites for our own family and for others. We have understanding and expertise in how to successfully reserve campsites that is not widely understood. The photos on this website are all from our own Michigan State Park family camping trips.

How does it work?
Don’t hassle with all of the complexity on your own. Our team specializes in helping you get the campsite you want. We do the reservation on your behalf in your account.
Typically to get the campsite you want, a longer booking is required initially. After you apply, we will communicate the details of the process before you pay any fees. Also, a full invoice of costs and payment timing will be provided to you. Think of us like your executive assistant to book your summer campsites.
